Becoming a Used Car Sales Manager (Branch Manager) for Motorparks at Oldham Motors involves leading the sales team, managing inventory, driving business growth and ensuring a world‑class customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, motivate, develop and retain a sales team
  • Drive the business to achieve the budgeted levels required
  • Purchase and manage the used car stock
  • Advertise and price all stock to the market
  • Ensure forecourt / display / showroom are up to the required standards
  • Manage all enquiries coming into the business
  • Deal with any issues that may arise within the dealership
  • Ensure FCA compliance within the department
Qualifications

You are an ambitious and confident individual who thrives to deliver a personalised and unforgettable guest experience and hit your sales targets with your own unique style.

You have at least 2 years’ experience within the motor trade in a sales management role and are now looking to progress your career. You must have the passion and drive to match.

You are confident on the computer, with a high level of ability to deliver on processes and compliance requirements.

You have a "Full Clean UK Driving Licence" and you will have to provide a Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check.
