We have an exciting new opportunity for a mechanically biased Senior Project Manager to join our team based on our project in central Leeds.
In this role you will control the overall operational delivery of a project (or part thereof), taking account of the safety, technical, commercial and managerial requirements through the whole life cycle of the project through bid and pre‑commencement to successful completion. You will ensure that profitability is maintained or improved through effective leadership and management of the support functions, and high quality customer relationships.
This is a permanent staff position with NG Bailey.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable mechanical building services experience in a similar role within a construction environment, with previous experience in the full lifecycle management of high value projects.
