A global CEO advisory firm is seeking a Procurement Senior Manager / Director based in one of their hybrid UK offices. The role involves designing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs and supplier management. Candidates should have over 7 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. As our first lead Procurement professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a pragmatic procurement approach across our global operations in support of the firm's continued growth and ambition. You will combine hands‑on sourcing activity with developing light‑touch processes that improve cost control, compliance, and supplier management. This role will have exposure to senior leadership and is expected to deliver measurable financial impact rapidly, particularly in our largest indirect spend areas.
