As a growing business, we work as an extensions of our clients’ teams providing strategic oversight, disciplined delivery, and commercial guidance from concept to completion.

With continued growth ahead, we are seeking a motivated and agile individual who is excited to join us on the journey.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced Associate Director (or equivalent) who values autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to influence the direction of a growing practice, as well as adding value to strategic decision making. You will act as the project and client lead across multiple schemes, taking responsibility for delivery, client retention, and commercial success.

This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with the Dragonfly team on business strategy, service development, and client growth across both commercial and prime residential markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery on multiple live projects as the primary client interface
  • Own and manage fee generating responsibility across schemes
  • Support strategic planning, operations, and business development
  • Actively contribute to growth opportunities and pipeline expansion
  • Mentor and support project teams while maintaining high delivery standards
  • Represent the business professionally with clients, consultants & stakeholders
What We're Looking For
  • An established Associate Director (or strong Senior PM ready to step up and immediately perform at this level)
  • Experience servicing commercial and / or prime residential clients
  • Comfortable leading projects autonomously and taking accountability for outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. Be confident, proactive, commercially aware
  • Experience within a boutique or SME consultancy preferred (but not essential)
  • Ability to generate new opportunities is advantageous, though not a requirement
