What you’ll do

As our Regional Sales Manager , you’ll drive commercial growth and deliver sales budgets across our product range, ensuring profitable expansion in line with business KPIs. You’ll play a key role in planning and presenting performance insights to the Senior Executive team, helping shape the strategy and future direction of the business.

In this role, you will
  • Collaborate on a specification approach for our huge portfolio, developing a strong pipeline with major distributors and the Specification team.
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with operational and financial objectives.
  • Work alongside peers to develop key market opportunities
  • Lead the strategic direction of category sales within your region.
  • Stay engaged across the business, with a particular focus on the Sales function.
