A leading construction consultancy in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will handle various projects across sectors, including commercial and residential, while supervising others. MRICS qualification and a strong work record are essential. The position offers an annual salary of £60,000 to £70,000 plus pension and additional benefits.

My client, an established firm of PQS now seeks an ASSOCIATE QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join them in EDINBURGH.
You will work on projects across a range of sectors to include commercial offices, residential, some infrastructure and more. They are keen to find an ambitious QS who has been working for a firm of PQS, MRICS qualified who can “hit the ground running”. My client offers good prospects to move up within the firm.
My client is a large firm of PQS with a good range of clients mainly in the private sector and public sectors. They are a firm of construction consultants offering clients both cost management and project management services.
You will be keen to join a PQS as an Associate Quantity Surveyor.
You should currently be either a Senior QS or Associate QS with another firm of PQS.
Requirements:
Salary is in the region of £60,000 to £70,000 plus pension contribution plus RICS fees, ongoing training and other benefits.
