Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Major Construction Project - Cardiff

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading, award-winning construction company on a landmark project based in Cardiff.

This role offers the chance to be part of a high-performing commercial team delivering a significant construction scheme in the region. Working closely with experienced professionals, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial and commercial management of the project from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets and cost plans
  • Support procurement, valuation, and payment processes
  • Work with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure value for money
  • Help maintain accurate records and reporting for commercial performance
  • Contribute to risk management and cost control procedures
