We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, support build costing, quantity estimations and learning the contract administration and checking progress of works.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimations for internal building projects.
- Learn and assist in contract administration processes.
- Support the Director with project management and coordination.
- Assist with budgeting, Schedules for procurement, and cost control.
- Work closely with Internal Architect and project teams to ensure efficiency.
- Graduate in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Company car will be provided.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Must live within 20 miles of our London office.
- Competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 (DOE).
