A leading construction company is seeking a General Foreman to manage onsite delivery and safety for projects. Responsibilities include coordinating trades and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Candidates should have at least ten years of experience in construction management and possess relevant certifications. The General Foreman is responsible to the Contracts Manager and works closely with the Quantity Surveyor. They are responsible for the management of the onsite programme in respect of delivery, workmanship and safety. The General Foreman ensures that adequate and proper labour, plant, materials and subcontractor's resources are available to meet the requirements of the contract and in line with company policies.
