Site Supervisor - A Key Role in a Caring School Community

Location: Bacup
Hours: 7am until 10am - 14:30 until 17:30

We're working with a warm and welcoming Primary school that's looking for a dependable and proactive Site Supervisor to join their team. This is a vital role where you'll help ensure the school is safe, clean, and well-maintained - making a real difference to the daily lives of staff and pupils.

  • Keeping the grounds safe and tidy
  • Supporting with health & safety checks and compliance
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers when needed
  • Being a friendly and approachable presence around the school
What we're looking for
  • Someone reliable, hands-on and proud of their work
  • Previous experience in a similar role (school experience is a bonus but not essential)
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance and health & safety
  • A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
