Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager, to join our busy and expanding Birmingham office, supporting our clients to deliver projects and programmes in the Real Estate sector across the West Midlands working on a variety of projects in a wide range of sectors including, Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential.

This role will suit someone with a proven track record of delivery with an aspiration to progress their career.

Responsibilities
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
  • Support our clients to deliver projects and programmes in the Real Estate sector across the West Midlands.
  • Work on a variety of projects in sectors including Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential as part of the Birmingham office team.
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards) would be preferable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Inquisitive and problem solving skill base
  • Demonstrable cost management experience working at a consultancy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
