A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Branch Manager. This role involves setting up a new branch and leading a team of 5 consultants. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in sales, team leadership, and business relationship management. The position offers an excellent salary package with an industry-leading commission structure and additional financial incentives.

- Proven track record in sales and recruitment.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience as a Branch Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Consultant.
Aufgaben
- Set up and lead a new branch of 5 consultants.
- Drive the branch forward with support from Senior Management.
- Achieve sales targets and build strong business relationships.
Kenntnisse
- Basic to £60k - depending on experience
- Industry leading commission scheme
- Responsibility for an already established team of consultants
- Position would suit existing BM, Team Leader or Senior Consultant looking for the next step in their career. Could alo lead to Directorship.
My client is a well established and well known brand within the Education recruitment market. They have a proven record of success and as a result of promotion have a Senior BM role in their Kent office.
They are currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager, Team Leader or Senior Consultant to set up their new branch and lead a team of 5 consultants. You will have extensive support from the Senior Management team to build a successful team and drive the branch forward.
This is a billing role and you will need to have a proven track record in sales and building strong business relationships. You will have the ability and passion to lead and motivate a team to achieve their full potential.
In return, the company offer an excellent salary package with one of the best and most achievable commission structures in the business offering excellent earning potential from the start. You will also receive further financial incentives for hitting key milestones as the branch develops.
