Our client, who are a well-established Electrical Wholesale business, are looking to recruit a Branch Manager to join their branch located in Eastbourne.

We're seeking someone who is experienced in the industry, ambitious, self-motivated and commercially aware.

Responsibilities
  • Being responsible for the profit of the Branch, ensuring sales targets are met, monitoring budgets and reporting back to senior management.
  • Working with and motivating the internal team, to ensure best results from all staff.
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager to maximise the branch’s sales and continually developing the customer base.
  • Communicating with other branches and Head Office team.
  • Sales development with new and existing customers.
Skills / Experience
  • Electrical Wholesale experience.
  • Driving Licence.
  • The ability to work effectively within in a very fast-paced, busy branch.
  • Strong sales background, confident working in a sales-focused environment and able to build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Effective people skills.
