Role: Branch Manager - Builders Merchants

Sector: Construction Materials / Building Supplies

Location: Suffolk - Ipswich

Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 plus bonus, plus car, plus benefits

We are looking for a Branch Manager within the Builders Merchants world! Our client is a well-respected distributor of construction supplies / building products supplying building materials into the construction sector.

This role requires a sales-driven manager someone - ideally a proven Branch Manager from the world of the builders merchants, timber merchants or perhaps specialist distributors of building materials / construction supplies within the construction supply sector. Ideally you will have run your own branch previously as strong management experience is crucial. However if you have a strong sales background or have had some management experience within the sector this would be of interest.

With experience in Branch Management, and hopefully success running a site, you will need the drive to always maximise potential. The right person needs the right blend of sales drive with strong operational skills and experience. A good all-rounder who can guide on all aspects of the business and assist where necessary. This is a well-functioning, well organised site and it just needs someone to really drive the branch forward.
