• Lead a team to ensure the branch is trading efficiently, safely, within legal constraints and provides the highest customer service standards.
• Dedicate yourself to keeping customers happy, take pride in your work and demonstrate a proven record of managing a team to success.
• From day one be trusted with real responsibility, working within a team that supports giving customers what they need, when they need it.

• Retail/wholesale experience, not necessarily from a food background.
• Familiar with operational procedures and able to demonstrate success.
• Self‑starter, enthusiastic attitude and a driving ambition to be the best at whatever you do.
• Ability to make decisions while maintaining compliance and safety.
