A leading care provider in Greater London is seeking a Deputy Manager to support their Outstanding-rated service. This role offers a salary of £28,000 - £32,000, no care calls, and the opportunity for flexible and hybrid working after probation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior role within care, strong CQC compliance understanding, and a people-focused approach. - Support the Registered Manager with the operational management of the service.
- Assist with compliance, audits, and maintaining Outstanding standards.
- Support staff management, supervision, and retention.

- Participate in the on-call rota (approximately 1 in 6).
Skills
We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join an Outstanding-rated domiciliary care provider supporting a well-established and high-performing franchise service. The service delivers approximately 1,500 hours of care per week, including live‑in care, and supports private clients only. This is a non‑delivery role - no care calls are required.
