Role Overview: They seek an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant with a proven track record in senior placements, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition in the beauty & wellbeing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the sector.
2. Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
3. Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to leadership roles.
4. Develop candidate briefs and market mapping reports.
5. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
6. Contribute to business development and client acquisition.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet targets.
8. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment.
9. Proven success in senior placements, preferably in beauty & wellbeing.
10. Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
11. Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
12. Degree or equivalent professional experience.
13. Proficiency in recruitment technologies.
14. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
15. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

1. Knowledge of beauty & wellbeing industries.
2. Experience with beauty & wellbeing organizations.
3. Experience selling retained search solutions.
