Overview

Hello. FieldTrip Spa Brighton by Guesthouse is recruiting a Spa Therapist. This role is dedicated to wellness treatments rather than beauty treatments. It is a weekend role (Saturdays and Sundays) as part of a 16 hours per week package.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of treatments—from massages to facials—with expert care and a calming touch.
• Create a peaceful, welcoming environment that guests never want to leave.
• Advise guests on treatments, products, and post-spa comfort.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and serenity.
• Work closely with the spa and hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualifications in beauty therapy or massage (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting (at least 2 years).
• A warm, professional manner and a genuine love for guest care.
• A sense of humour and an appreciation for Brighton’s eclectic charm—from beach huts to boutique wellness.
• Reliability, discretion, and a passion for wellness.
