- Laminating dough and producing high-quality viennoiserie.
- Working with the team to design and improve pastry offerings.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pastry or patisserie (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of laminated doughs and baking techniques.
