Baker Assistant - 5HS - Birley Bakery
Job summary
A leading bakery and chocolate shop in London is looking for a Baker Assistant to join their talented team. The role involves proving and baking high-quality bread and pastries, as well as preparing savoury items. Previous experience in a hospitality environment is essential. This position requires a minimum of 3 days a week at the production site, working early shifts. Skills
Please note this role involves a mixture of shifts at Birley Bakery + our production kitchen based near Battersea.

We are currently looking for a Baker Assistant to join our talented team!

- Responsible for the preparation of savoury items and sandwiches.
- Ensure the products are of the highest quality.

- This role will require a minimum of 3 days per week at our production site in Battersea.
- On a rota basis 5 days out of 7.
- Shifts from 4am.
