My client is looking for a Baker to join their team in a bustling bakery setting. The ideal candidate will assist in the production of delicious baked goods while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of bakery items
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in product quality
• Work within a bread plant
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and work areas
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices
• Support the Head Baker in daily tasks.

Experience

• Previous experience working in a medium to high volume bakery and working within a bread plant
• Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques
• Ability to bake, cook, and prepare food items effectively
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

Full-time, Temp to perm

Monday - Friday 4pm - 12am

Pay: £12.90 per hour
