Job summary

A renowned gastronomic restaurant in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie Pastry to join their kitchen team. This role involves creating high-quality dishes for the restaurant, room service, and afternoon teas, while also mentoring junior chefs. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience at 2 AA rosette level or above and a strong background in various pastry production techniques. Senior Chef de Partie Pastry

We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie Pastry to join our kitchen team in our 65-cover gastronomic restaurant.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes across the restaurant, room service, afternoon teas and bar snacks, while supporting and guiding junior team members.

The role covers all aspects of pastry production including bread making, pastries, jams, ice creams, handmade chocolates and petit fours, afternoon teas and à la carte desserts. This is a rare opportunity to work in one of the UK’s few self-sufficient pastry kitchens, using local Jersey produce and ingredients from our renowned kitchen garden.

The ideal candidate will be a college-trained, career-focused chef with a minimum of two years’ experience at 2 AA rosette level or above.

Package: £34,112 per annum, 40 hours per week, Approx. £3000 per annum tips.
