We are looking for a motivated Night Baker / Cook to join our artisan production team. This role involves preparing and baking a variety of products, including quiches, tarts, viennoiseries, and breads, as well as packing customer orders. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided. We are seeking someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

• Prepare and bake a variety of items, including quiches, savoury tarts, sweet tarts and pastries.
• Viennoiseries (croissants, pains au chocolat, etc.).
• Artisan breads.
• Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistent quality.
• Measure and mix ingredients correctly.
• Operate commercial baking equipment (full training provided).
• Monitor baking processes and adjust timing as needed.
• Pack delivery orders.
• Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards.
• Clean and maintain all work areas, tools, and equipment.

• No previous experience required — full training provided.
• Strong interest in baking or food production.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working night shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.

• Basic understanding of food handling or kitchen practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
