Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Amazing artisan, award winning commercial bakery are looking for a number of professional experienced Balers to strengthen their production team due to recent successful & contractual wins.

As a foodie, the successful Bakers will have real passion and experience working in a high‑care confectionary manufacturing environment, ideally, working with dough, dough mixing and dough lamination.

Responsibilities

• Producing the baker's full array of pastries, cakes and savoury snacks.
• Creating dough & monitoring development to the companies' high standards; dough mixing, dough lamination & dough proving.
• Working in a high‑care environment, adhering to all con policies on SOP & hygiene.
• Wear the necessary PPE.
• Manage stock levels and report on defects, issues with delivery.
