Are you into your Footie? Would you like to play a part in the development of Premiership Football Club!! Then this could be the new role for you!!
Our client (Main Contractor) operates within 3 key sectors; Leisure, Industrial & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver Refurbishment schemes. Projects range in value up to £20 million.
Following a the delivery of an initial project, our client has secured their 2nd scheme for a Midlands Premier League Football Club on a negotiated basis. This is a £10 million scheme and you will report to a site based Senior Quantity Surveyor.
