Up to £75,000 + bonus and benefits
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity with an international firm of Project and Cost Management Consultants. The requirement is for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager.
You will be responsible for developing cost plans for capex and refurbishment projects in the Hotel and Leisure sector with values ranging from £2 million and £20 million in value. You will also take control of the day-to-day management of commercial duties once projects go live. Operating across the South East of England, splitting your time between sites, the office and home two days a week.
Key criteria:
- Building experience gained with a PQS or Cost Management Consultancy
- Recent UK Experience
- BSc. Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Ability to create effective Cost Plans
- Hotels Experience
