The MEP Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established Cost Management team, delivering expert M&E cost consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects.
Projects will span Industrial and Commercial developments, Healthcare, Defence, Central Government, and Insurance sectors-ranging from £30m+ new builds to smaller, specialist schemes.
The M&E Quantity Surveyor will be involved in both pre- and post-contract duties, including preparing cost plans, contract documentation, procurement advice, tender evaluations, and final accounts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring project targets are met, while also developing your professional capabilities in a structured and progressive environment.
