The Company:
Are you an Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge?
Do you have experience within the Industrial/Warehouse sector?
Our client are a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along he M40, M5 & M1 corridors. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60million and operate within 2 key sectors; Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.

Our client has recently secured a new scheme and are seeking their Commercial Lead as the Project Manager is now on board.. The project has a contract value of £15 million and a duration of 12 months. The scheme is due to commence on site in late November 2024 and you will report to a Commercial Manager.
