In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the efficient delivery of all screening and vetting checks within your designated area, supporting the compliance and operational needs of the business.
You'll be at the forefront of continuous improvement, streamlining processes, delivering expert advice, and providing hands-on leadership to our Administrators and Specialists. From overseeing system configurations to supporting new business transitions, this role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for compliance and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
