DSFS requires a highly motivated Estates Stores Supervisor who will be based within the estates department at Chesterfield Royal Hospital. The role will be responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the stores operation, including regularly assessing we hold the correct stock levels and are buying at the most cost-effective prices. The estates stores also manage stocks of safety-critical items for the hospital, it is imperative that we do not run out of these.
The post-holder will be an integral part of the estates team. There will be occasional requirements to work outside the normal estate's hours (08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday) to carry out twice yearly stocktakes which cannot be completed in hours and so a flexible approach to working hours is required.
