Do you have experience working within a Wealth Management/Wealth Planning environment? We are actively searching for a Client Liaison Administrator to join our team in Hessle on a 12-month FTC.

As a Client Liaison Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our advisors and clients, requiring adaptability to change and the ability to handle various queries and challenges.

• Support Advisors by monitoring diaries, opportunities, queries, and requests
• Follow standard procedures and workflows via XPLAN
• Assist with case preparation for paraplanning
• Process sales paperwork from submission to completion and handle ongoing administration for investments, pensions, and protection
• Attend operational meetings to discuss workloads and raise concerns or opportunities
• Maintain awareness of company policies, practices, and procedures
• Keep records according to company standards
• Prepare meeting packs
• Gather information for annual reviews

This list is not exhaustive; you may be asked to undertake other tasks as reasonably directed by your line manager, with appropriate training provided.

• Ability to liaise effectively with departments including Paraplanners, Advisors, and Clients
• Interest in working within Wealth Management/Planning
• Commercial experience in a similar role is preferred
• Experience in providing exceptional client and relationship management
