Main tasks:

  • Driving asset management opportunities that enhance property performance and value
  • Undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Conducting property inspections and producing reports
  • Supporting the preparation of service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Overseeing rent collection and proactively managing arrears
  • Collaborating with client accounting to deliver a best in class service
  • Administration of property insurance including premium apportionment and invoicing
  • Building strong working relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors
  • Producing accurate and timely client reports that inform strategic decisions
  • Working with our facilities colleagues to ensure strict H&S compliance of the managed portfolios
  • Coordinating and reviewing planned maintenance works
  • Assisting with fielding helpdesk enquiries
  • Maintaining and utilising our suite of property management and accounting systems

What will it take to be successful?

We are seeking a Chartered Surveyor with significant post qualification experience and good working knowledge of all relevant legislature including L&T Act 1954, L&T Cov. Act 1995. The post holder will have strong client management and communication skills and will have the ability to drive business initiatives forward in a confident and personable manner. The role involves travel so a valid driving license is required.
