Job Description

This Real Estate department was built to meet the needs of ambitious dealmakers.   • Advise on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations for landlords and tenants.
  • Assist with department-wide transactions, including drafting certificates and reports.
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents and carry out due diligence.
The Successful Applicant
  • 0-3 years' PQE gained at a recognised law firm.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Solid foundation in commercial real estate, including sales, acquisitions, leases and financing.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
