Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded global real estate consultancy in their search for an Associate Director to join their growing Property Management team in London. You will be supporting three large institutional investment clients across a London portfolio.

This role is a temporary role with a high chance of going permanent in the new year. You will be paid a competitive day rate for this position.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key client relationships, managing a diverse portfolio on behalf of institutional investors, property companies, and overseas clients. You'll play a hands‑on role in delivering best‑in‑class property management services while supporting the wider team on business development and client growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties and client relationships.
  • Oversee lease events, tenant liaison, service charge management, and arrears recovery.
  • Lead on tenant meetings, reporting, and budget oversight.
  • Support acquisition and disposal due diligence.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team performance.
About You:
  • MRICS qualified, with solid experience in commercial property management.
  • Confident managing clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Landlord & Tenant law, service charges, and financial reporting.
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
