A respected global investment firm in London is seeking a Team Assistant to support senior executives. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in investment banking or similar fields. Responsibilities include managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising travel. This full-time role offers £26 per hour plus paid overtime, with potential future opportunities.
A standout Team Assistant has arisen for you to join our clients high-performing boutique investment division at one of London’s most respected global firms.
You’ll be providing vital support to a group of Managing Directors, VPs, and Senior Associates, playing a key role in a collaborative, client-facing environment where precision, pace, and partnership are valued. Assistants are recognised here as an essential part of the firm’s success.
As an Assistant, you will be client‑facing in your communication, highly organised and work towards creating efficiency for your team and MDs.
You must have gained a minimum of 3 years as an assistant within investment banking, private equity, asset management or wealth management.
This is a 12‑month temporary contract (full‑time, 5 days in office), offering significant exposure to senior leadership and the inner workings of one of London’s top‑performing investment firms. With outstanding performance, further opportunities within the firm may follow.
£26 p/h (inclusive of holiday pay) + paid overtime
