KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Management Accountant for an innovative manufacturing business based in North Shields. This is an excellent opportunity for QBE or Part-Qualified Accountant looking for a hands‑on role with the ability to manage a small team while playing a crucial support role for the Financial Controller. Main duties will include :

• Assist with the preparation of month end accounts and supporting reports
• Balance sheet reconciliations calculation and posting of accruals & prepayments
• Extract and analyse general ledger data for various internal and external purposes
• Asset recording depreciation calculation and posting
• Prepare and submit VAT returns
• Bank transactions and reconciliations
• Supplier BACS payments
• Aged debtors and creditors reviews and reconciliations
• Payroll processing salary payments and PAYE submissions
• Provide cover for purchase ledger and credit control
• Customs compliance monitoring
