A leading parcel delivery company located in Exeter is seeking an Operations Administrator. The role involves assisting with driver documentation, managing company assets, and handling customer queries through IT systems. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a flexible approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team. ContractType: Permanent – 40 hours

Shift: Days / Mon - Fri
Salary: £12.21 per hour

You will assist in the Pre-Brief / De-Brief and complete Driver documentation. You will also complete and maintain the company documentation. As well as communicating with Drivers and Customers via telephone and appropriate company IT Systems.
Driver pre-brief or evening de-brief as required
Control company asset management, notably container portal updates, daily container counts, key and scanner controls
Check SP payments and issue associated daily / monthly reporting
Complete all admin tasks and maintain a suitable filing system including SP / employee vetting, driver set up processes, ID badge ordering
Deal with customer queries via Company IT systems
Any reasonable request from a Manager / Supervisor
All Health and Safety policies and procedures are complied with (as stated in the employee handbook / displayed at the location) in line with Site Risk Assessments
Comply with Company guidelines in relation to timekeeping, attendance, work performance, appearance and display appropriate behaviour whilst on site.
