A leading recruitment consultancy is looking for a German speaking B2B Sales Manager to expand and manage strategic partner networks. The role includes onboarding new partners, developing sales strategies, and conducting market research while collaborating with marketing. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, have B2B sales experience, and excellent communication skills. This position offers a salary of up to £45,000 per annum plus uncapped commission, with hybrid working conditions in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German to high business standard (written and spoken) is essential.
  • B2B Sales or Business Development experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.
  • Results driven, analytical and motivated candidate.
  • Background in manufacturing or industrial environment is beneficial.
