Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant U.S. tax experience, ideally within a Big 4, mid-tier, or in-house financial services tax team.
• Extensive experience with U.S. partnership and corporate tax compliance.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal income tax and cross-border taxation matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. tax compliance and consulting engagements for partnerships and corporations.
• Review and prepare U.S. tax returns and forms including Form 1065 and Form 1120.
• Assist clients with tax structuring and cross-border planning.
