Compliance Manager / Building Safety Lead Goodman Masson · West Midlands / East Midlands (Hybrid) £85000 – £95000

Take the lead on statutory compliance and building safety across a diverse housing portfolio, covering the full spectrum of Big 6 compliance including Fire, Gas, Electrical, Asbestos, Water, and Lifts alongside wider responsibilities under current Building Safety legislation.

My client is seeking an experienced compliance professional with a strong track record in social housing, able to drive safe systems of work, deliver assurance, and support a culture of safety across their communities.

What You Will Need
  • Strong experience across Big 6 compliance and wider building safety regulations within social housing
  • Ability to lead, develop and mentor compliance officers, surveyors or coordinators
  • Confident managing contractors, audits, programmes and regulatory reporting
  • Clear communicator who can engage residents, internal teams, local authorities and external partners
  • Ability to interpret legislation and turn requirements into practical, deliverable compliance programmes
