A local educational institution seeks an experienced Administration Assistant for a part-time role of 30 hours per week at Stalyhill Junior School. Responsibilities include reception duties, administrative support, and collaboration with finance staff. Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word, are required. The position is subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure and follows a fixed-term contract for one year.
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract for one year

Salary: Grade C SCP 5 £18,242 - SCP 6 £18,532 (Actual salary, Part time, TTO)
Hours Per Week: 30 hours, 8.15am – 3.15pm Monday to Friday
Base Location: Stalyhill Junior School
Assessment Date: Week commencing 12th January 2026
The Governing Body of Stalyhill wish to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to work in our busy Junior school office.
