  • Answering the phone.
  • Administration relating to pupil attendance.
  • Managing email/post.
  • Using IT systems to draft letters, emails, reports, newsletters.
  • Monitoring school supplies.
  • Keeping financial records.
  • Keeping paper and electronic records up to date.
  • Using reprographic equipment.
  • Ordering resources, paying invoices and banking cash.
  • Sending key educational data to the Department of Education.

Rikama Education Admin Assistant – Primary School (Chislehurst)

Rikama Education are working with a Primary school local to Chislehurst who are looking for an admin assistant to start immediately.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a similar role, and have a good working knowledge of SIMS. The role is initially offered on a long term supply basis with views to support you permanent.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming visitors to the school and dealing with their enquiries.
  • Answering the phone.
  • Administration relating to pupil attendance.
  • Managing email/post.
  • Using IT systems to draft letters, emails, reports, newsletters.
  • Monitoring school supplies.
  • Keeping financial records.
  • Keeping paper and electronic records up to date.
  • Using reprographic equipment.
  • Ordering resources, paying invoices and banking cash.
  • Sending key educational data about the school to the Department of Education or equivalent.
