Salary: Grade C SCP 5 £18,242 - SCP 6 £18,532 (Actual salary, Part time, TTO)

Hours Per Week: 30 hours, 8.15am – 3.15pm Monday to Friday

Base Location: Stalyhill Junior School

Assessment Date: Week commencing 12th January 2026

The Governing Body of Stalyhill wish to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to work in our busy Junior school office.

Responsibilities
  • Reception duties, telephone, face to face enquiries, liaising with parents/staff
  • Administration support, photocopying, filing, correspondence and post
  • Work with finance staff to undertake financial administration
  • Recent experience of operating relevant equipment and IT packages (e.g., Word, Excel spreadsheets, emails, and internet). Using and inputting data into the school’s information system (SIMS)
