• Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Manage contractors log and staff logbook.
• Raise orders and seek approval via ADM.
• Produce block notices and letters.
• Take minutes at Board meetings or site meetings.
• Attend weekly site meetings.
• Register staff absences and sickness.
• Print reports for ADMs from MySight system.
• Maintain Handyman register of works.
