Financial Administrator (IFA) – Ashford, Kent

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supporting the business’ financial advisers with administration / support duties relating to a range of investments and pensions, including SIPP providers and pension drawdown cases.
  • Preparing and maintaining client files and annual review packs, including valuation statements.
  • Client liaison and responding to client requests.
  • Using providers’ platforms to complete transactions and request policy information.
  • Adherence to GDPR regulations and client confidentiality.

Looking for a candidate :
