As a French-speaking Customer Advisor you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients across the French-speaking market. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues and provide product or service support always ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage incoming customer requests via phone, email and chat in French.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, warranties and troubleshooting.
- Support customers with technical assistance, usage guidance and order tracking.
- Handle complaints and ensure fast effective solutions.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Ensure a positive and professional representation of the brand at all times.
- Native-level or fluent French speaker (C1 / C2).
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
- Basic technical knowledge of consumer products is a plus.
