About the role
Join the dynamic team at Mexicola Group as our Marketing Manager - Italo side on a contract basis. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement for this unique hospitality brand in the vibrant island of Bali.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to reach and connect with the target audience
Manage and optimise the company's online presence, including website, social media, and other digital platforms
Create engaging, on-brand content to enhance the brand's image and appeal
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to inform future strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts
Manage marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive customer acquisition and retention
What we're looking for
Proven 3+ years experience In marketing, digital strategy & campaigns, preferably in F&B industry, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
Strong content planning skills, supporting photo/ video shoots, branded moments creative production.
Able to analyze campaign performance (ROI, Web Traffic, socials, EDM) & deliver strategic insights.
Excellent at project coordination & communication, managing teams, deadlines & cross-functional tasks.
Fluent in English with great copywriting & strorytelling skills, detail-focused, creative & collaborative
