We are seeking a Global Marketing Manager to lead the definition, implementation, and follow‑up of the global marketing strategy for their Rare Diseases franchise. This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams — including Medical, Market Access, Digital, and country organizations — to ensure successful strategic alignment, execution, and launch excellence.
Define the global marketing strategy for the Rare Disease franchise, including market analysis and identification of leverage points throughout the whole patient journey.
Establish global marketing objectives and support country teams in forecasting, P&L validation, and KPI definition.
Monitor and assess market trends and competitive activity to anticipate opportunities and risks.
Lead relationships with KOLs and Patient Advocacy Groups, managing advisory boards, expert meetings, and awareness initiatives.
Collaborate closely with senior executives and strategic partners across markets.
Develop product monographs and global launch campaigns in alignment with Corporate Digital Marketing, Medical Affairs, and country marketing teams.
Ensure marketing initiatives address the right target audiences, referral pathways, and key moments within customer journeys.
Support country managers and local marketing teams with guidance, launch performance monitoring, training, and best practice sharing.
