Job summary
Une régie immobilière recrute un(e) Gestionnaire de Copropriété Junior à Lyon pour gérer un portefeuille de 20 immeubles. Le candidat idéal aura 1 à 3 ans d'expérience, un bon sens de l'organisation et la capacité à travailler en équipe. Rémunération de 35 000 € à 40 000 € brut par an, avec de nombreux avantages dont une voiture de service.

Forte d'une équipe de 8 collaborateurs (2 comptables, 2 gestionnaires locatif, 1 chargé d'accueil, 2 gestionnaires copropriété), la régie poursuit son développement et recrute un(e) gestionnaire copropriété junior dans le cadre d'une création de poste. Vos missions : - Gestion complète d'un portefeuille de 20 immeubles dans un premier temps, avec un objectif d'évolution vers 30 immeubles - Copropriétés situées sur Lyon et sa métropole - Gestion administrative, technique et financière des immeubles - Relation avec les copropriétaires, fournisseurs, conseils syndicaux Conditions proposées : - Rémunération : 35 000 € à 40 000 € brut / an selon profil - Contrat : Cadre, avec 12 RTT - Avantages : PEE avec abondement de 240 € - Logiciel : Logi (Neoteem) - Voiture de service : mise à disposition - Prise de poste : Septembre 2025
