We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Games News Writer - Freelance.

• Write daily news articles on breaking gaming stories, updates, and industry events.
• Research and fact-check news stories, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with editors to develop content strategies and maintain high editorial standards.
• Stay on top of industry trends, game releases, and upcoming events to ensure we’re covering the most important topics.
• Contribute to other editorial content such as features, guides, and reviews as needed.
• Engage with the gaming community and social media to track news and emerging trends.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the gaming landscape, including platforms, genres, and key influencers.

• Strong passion for gaming and a deep knowledge of the gaming industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO and best practices for digital journalism.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Previous writing experience (either professionally or as a hobby) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A solid understanding of gaming culture, trends, and community dynamics.
