A growing recycling company is seeking an Account Manager for France. This field-based role offers autonomy and the opportunity to build relationships in the recycling market. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess strong communication skills, with a potential to earn uncapped commissions. Experience in recycling or waste management is advantageous but not necessary.

We’re looking for highly motivated, personable, and commercially driven individuals to join us as Account Managers . This is a field-based role ideal for those who thrive on autonomy, relationship-building, and making a tangible impact in the circular economy. You will be at the heart of our Source Local / Sell Global Strategy.
As a Field-Based Account Manager , you will :
- Develop New Accounts
- Build local relationships with sellers of recyclable materials, including waste producers, collectors, and traders.
- Manage Existing Accounts
- Deliver a responsive, local service to maintain and grow long-term supplier relationships.
- Secure & Manage Material Listings
- Gather detailed, accurate information about available materials and list them on our online Recycling Marketplace. Review and update listings quarterly.
- Negotiate Price & Availability
- Work with suppliers to secure materials at competitive prices while ensuring optimal value and availability for buyers.

- Experience in recycling, waste management, or commodity trading is a plus (but not essential)
